Eurofins Scientific is hiring an Analytical Development - Molecular Biologist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct molecular biology procedures including qPCR, d/ddPCR, and handle DNA/RNA samples for extraction, purification, reverse transcription, amplification, fragment analysis, electrophoresis, and enzyme-based reactions.
  • Support the development and qualification of analytical methods aligned with project phases for use in product release, stability studies, characterization, high-throughput screening, and raw material assessment.
  • Perform sterile tissue culture techniques and maintain mammalian cell lines, including preparation and handling for downstream applications.
  • Carry out cell-based assays as required by project needs.
  • Execute next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including preparation of sequencing libraries.
  • Process and analyze experimental results, ensuring precise and timely recording in an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
  • Interpret, evaluate, and communicate data findings within the analytical group and with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments and manage inventory of essential reagents and supplies.
