Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for Workday-related Jira tickets, ensuring prompt responses and updates.
  • Examine and troubleshoot Workday issues, coordinating with appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of incoming requests to determine underlying causes and deliver accurate fixes.
  • Balance and guide stakeholder expectations with clear, consistent communication.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance workflows and system efficiency.
  • Partner with the People Team to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to system users as needed.
  • Work with teams across functions to roll out system upgrades and new features.
