Role OverviewAs an Analyst in People Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting employees across Budapest within a hybrid work model. Your primary focus will be delivering reliable HR support, managing employee data, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes. This position demands a high level of discretion when handling confidential information and a consistent, service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries through the Ticket Service System, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
- Use the HR knowledge base to provide clear, consistent guidance to employees and managers
- Guide users in leveraging HR self-service tools and available resources
- Route complex issues to the appropriate internal or external teams, such as Payroll
- Keep employee records up to date in HRIS platforms throughout the full employment lifecycle
- Generate, organize, and maintain personnel documentation and files
- Apply sound judgment when managing sensitive HR data
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements to HR workflows
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and team members to resolve issues effectively
Qualifications
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. You should demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience handling confidential information with integrity is required. Proficiency in MS Office and fast, accurate typing are necessary to manage high inquiry volumes efficiently.
Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, prior experience in HR or customer-facing roles, and familiarity with HR policies and systems. Knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or Hebrew is a valuable asset.
