About the Role
This role involves delivering analytical support and operational services for HR functions, focusing on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system maintenance to enable effective people decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and process HR data from multiple sources for accuracy and completeness
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports on workforce metrics and HR operations performance
- Maintain data integrity within HR information systems and ensure compliance with protocols
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and system access
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement process improvements and automation
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects and change initiatives
- Monitor service level agreements and track resolution timelines for HR cases
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations in HR data handling
- Provide Dutch-language support in communications and documentation
- Troubleshoot HR system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Maintain employee records with attention to confidentiality and data privacy
- Support payroll coordination by verifying HR data inputs
- Participate in audits and prepare required documentation
- Assist in training materials development for HR systems
- Facilitate data transfers during system upgrades or migrations
- Track and report on diversity and inclusion metrics
- Coordinate with global teams to align HR operations standards
- Manage user access permissions for HR platforms
- Support performance review cycles with data and system preparation
- Contribute to workforce analytics initiatives using available datasets
- Ensure timely updates to organizational charts and headcount tracking
- Assist in employee engagement survey administration
- Monitor HR service delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support compliance training enrollment and tracking
