Job Summary
The position is situated in our Budapest Global Service Support center, utilizing a hybrid work model combining on-site and remote collaboration. You'll become part of an innovative team of forward-thinking professionals who collectively tackle complex organizational challenges.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Oversee incoming employee inquiries through the Ticket Service System
- Deliver consistent and precise assistance using the HR knowledge repository
- Guide employees and managers on accessing HR resources and self-service platforms
- Route or elevate inquiries to relevant HR or external departments (such as Payroll)
- Update and maintain employee information in human resource information systems throughout employment journey
- Generate and manage personnel documentation and individual records
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professional judgment
- Recognize and communicate potential process enhancement opportunities
- Engage closely with stakeholders and support team members in resolving issues
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Native-level English proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred)
- Strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving
- Superior communication capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable managing sensitive HR information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Previous experience in HR or customer service centers advantageous
- Working knowledge of HR systems and organizational policies preferred
- Capability to manage high-volume inquiries with precision and efficiency
