Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Analyst for Marketplaces & Brand Integrity. In this remote role, you will protect our brand reputation and ensure a fair, accurate online marketplace presence. You will combat unauthorized sellers, gray market activities, and brand misrepresentation across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, using data and cross-functional collaboration to drive enforcement and build customer trust.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategies to detect and take down unauthorized sellers, counterfeit listings, and gray market activity across all online platforms.
  • Execute test buy and triangulation reporting strategies to identify and monitor illicit activity.
  • Manage direct customer responses related to brand protection inquiries across marketplace channels and customer experience touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and marketing teams to align brand enforcement actions and optimize marketplace presence.
  • Oversee End-of-Life (EOL) and New Product Launch (NPL) processes to ensure accuracy and minimize exposure to unauthorized listings.
  • Conduct catalog audits to ensure marketplace compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with key enforcement metrics, data insights, and trend analysis to inform ongoing brand protection strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with Amazon and managing eCommerce analytics, planning, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing brand integrity programs, addressing gray market activity, and executing IP enforcement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on ambiguous tasks and independently managing enforcement workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau and Google Suite preferred.

  • Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 USD
