Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing pipeline, with a focus on the Closing Disclosure (CD) process within the mortgage lifecycle. The Analyst ensures adherence to TRID guidelines and industry compliance standards while driving team performance and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily closing operations, including pipeline tracking, team supervision, and CD-related workflows.
  • Review pipeline reports regularly, enforce company procedures, and resolve client escalations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Address operational challenges related to loan closings, providing timely solutions to maintain process integrity.
  • Oversee quality assurance for team deliverables and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop, update, and train staff on CD checklists, procedures, and process improvements, either independently or in collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in TRID regulations and the Closing Disclosure process.
  • Minimum of three years of direct experience in CD operations.
  • At least one year of experience in team leadership or management.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage industry compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role, requiring daily presence at the office to support team coordination and client engagement.

Preferred Attributes:* Experience with IFRS and international reporting standards. * Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
