Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the global client audit program and coordinate between compliance, commercial teams, and regional markets
- Develop a thorough understanding of key commercial agreements within assigned client portfolios
- Provide daily support during audit cycles, maintain tracking systems, and organize audit documentation
- Distribute formal audit notifications to relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate non-disclosure agreements and define audit scopes before peer review
- Coordinate briefing sessions and validate associated briefing materials
- Manage the self-certification process, including data collection, summarization, and preliminary review
- Gather and assess closing meeting minutes prior to peer review
- Review draft audit reports and prepare initial responses ahead of peer review
- Prepare management representation letters in advance of peer review deadlines
- Oversee insurance certificate records and compliance
- Lead post-audit reporting and support regional teams in remediation efforts
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the compliance team; deliver training on document filing standards
- Generate routine and on-demand reports, including audit tracker updates and data analysis
- Maintain compliance policies, training records, and client- or market-specific databases
- Compile and analyze financial and contractual performance reports
- Administer the Red & Green system, including user access management
- Ensure adherence to SOX and statutory audit regulations
- Review and verify Red & Green submissions before and after system entry
- Deliver training sessions on compliance processes and tools
- Support agency initiatives related to commercial or contractual projects
