Responsibilities
- Review and analyze proposed deal terms for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams to clarify pricing and contract details
- Ensure alignment between signed agreements and internal systems
- Validate discounting requests against company policy
- Support timely deal registration and approval workflows
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in contract documentation
- Maintain deal records with high data integrity
- Assist in the preparation of sales contract summaries
- Track key deal metrics and reporting deadlines
- Escalate complex deal terms to legal or leadership when needed
- Provide guidance on standard versus non-standard terms
- Work cross-functionally with finance and legal departments
- Ensure adherence to revenue recognition guidelines
- Monitor deal desk SLAs and response times
- Support special pricing requests with proper documentation
- Facilitate internal approvals for non-standard deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and pricing models
- Assist in improving deal desk processes and tools
- Generate reports on deal trends and exceptions
- Ensure consistent application of commercial policies
- Respond to internal inquiries about deal status
- Support onboarding of new sales team members
- Identify training opportunities based on recurring errors
- Contribute to contract template updates
- Assist in audits related to deal documentation
