- Troubleshoot data issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Generate reports for internal stakeholders using structured data sets
- Track key performance indicators for data management operations
- Support onboarding and training for new team members
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data system integrity
- Stay current with regulatory changes affecting data reporting
- Escalate complex data issues to senior analysts or managers
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information

- Support year-end close activities related to risk adjustment data
