Moneycorp is hiring an AML Compliance Analyst

This role supports the Chief Regulatory and Compliance Officer in maintaining and advancing the US Bank's Compliance Program, with a primary focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) frameworks. The analyst will lead the end-to-end management of AML and OFAC risk assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and institutional risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive compliance risk evaluations and present findings to senior management
  • Design and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) for monthly board reporting
  • Oversee the compliance testing function, including exception tracking and follow-up
  • Generate regular reports on compliance deficiencies and remediation progress
  • Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Audit teams to strengthen compliance controls
  • Ensure new products meet all regulatory requirements before launch, evaluating both technical and operational readiness
  • Support internal audits and regulatory examinations with accurate, timely documentation
  • Apply agile methodologies to improve compliance processes and project delivery
  • Develop procedures tailored to specific compliance obligations across products and services

Qualifications

Candidates must bring at least five years of experience in commercial banking, with a solid grasp of compliance frameworks related to payment systems such as SWIFT and Fedwire. Strong familiarity with customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance testing, risk assessment, and audit support, along with proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, and organizational skills are required to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent position based in Stamford, Connecticut, operating under a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office and flexibility to work remotely the remaining two days. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $120,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
