Responsibilities
- Identify and verify FBA reimbursement claims related to lost, damaged, or mislabeled inventory and incorrect fee assessments
- Submit validated claims to the appropriate channels for resolution
- Track open cases to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
- Analyze patterns in reimbursement data to detect recurring issues and recommend preventive actions
- Work with internal teams to resolve inventory mismatches and billing inaccuracies
- Develop, update, or enhance automated tools and workflows for reimbursement processing, particularly for senior candidates
- Produce reports that highlight process performance and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure all activities comply with current Amazon policy guidelines
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Amazon FBA operations and associated fee models
- Proven experience in filing and managing reimbursement claims
- Strong analytical abilities to detect discrepancies and determine root causes
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Fluent written and spoken English for clear communication and documentation
- High level of attention to detail and organizational capability
- Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reporting features and dashboards
Nice to Have
- Experience using automated reimbursement tools is strongly preferred
- Prior work reconciling inbound shipment discrepancies is strongly preferred
