Miratech is hiring an Amazon Connect REST API Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain RESTful APIs to enable frontend and backend system integrations
  • Develop and maintain Python-driven AWS Lambda functions for serverless operations
  • Set up and oversee Amazon Connect contact flows, routing configurations, and queue settings
  • Construct and refine DynamoDB table designs, indexes, and scalable data structures
  • Utilize AWS technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Dynamo游戏副本D, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Work closely with UI development teams to ensure smooth frontend-to-backend integration
  • Handle cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and IaC methods
  • Support the development of scalable, cloud-native, event-driven architectures
  • Collaborate with Amazon Professional Services and internal engineering units on strategic projects
  • Diagnose and resolve live environment issues and assist with deployment activities
