Responsibilities
- Create and manage promotional schedules for key sales events such as Black Friday, Prime Day, and similar high-impact periods.
- Enhance product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates while maintaining strong Item Data Quality (IDQ).
- Manage and update product catalogs, contributing to inventory oversight and catalog performance improvements.
- Generate 12-month sales and inventory projections to align with client business growth objectives.
- Design and maintain sophisticated Google Sheets templates and dashboards for performance reporting.
- Evaluate performance indicators including revenue, units sold, conversion rate, return on ad spend, average selling price, and cost per acquisition.
- Conduct financial planning, forecast modeling, and variance reviews comparing actual results to budgeted figures.
- Streamline repetitive workflows using Google Sheets scripting and advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, and Pivot Tables.
- Produce regular performance reports—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
