Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring an Alternative Delivery Manager, Highway, Bridge, Foundations - Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ years of project management or construction management experience
  • Experience in transportation engineering or construction projects, including highways, bridges, foundations, retaining walls, or federal projects
  • Experience with alternative delivery projects, such as design build, CMGC, or progressive design build
  • Proven track record in key project leadership roles
  • Extensive experience in client management for project pursuits and delivery
  • Knowledge of win strategies, pricing, and project scheduling
  • Proficiency in technical writing
  • Familiarity with Scheduling, Estimating, and Project Controls Software
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
