Patrique Mercier Recruitment is sourcing for a part-time Customer Service role supporting a Belgian energy company. This position is specifically for Flemish speakers who are currently residing in Greece. You will provide professional customer support and handle inquiries from Flemish-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service to Flemish-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Contribute to team objectives and share best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with energy products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Currently residing in Greece.
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid work authorization for Greece.
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and contributing to customer loyalty.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
