Pearce Services is hiring an Alloy HVAC/Generator Technician (AT&T) - Rochester, NY

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, service, and repair generators and HVAC units at telecommunications and cellular tower locations.
  • Support and maintain commercial cooling systems used in telecom equipment enclosures.
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance, system inspections, load-bank testing, and performance evaluations.
  • Complete essential generator servicing including oil changes, lubrication, fuel system upkeep, and minor repairs.
  • Be available for 24/7 emergency response calls and produce detailed, accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites.
  • Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks.
  • Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.
  • Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.
