What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices
- Advise internal teams and clients on optimal use of AI technologies, from model development to deployment in production environments
- Collaborate on pre-sales initiatives by crafting technical proposals, solution blueprints, and positioning strategies for AI offerings
- Drive knowledge sharing across teams, establishing standards and reusable patterns in ML pipelines, MLOps, and AI system design
- Translate business requirements into secure, observable, and resilient systems using modern cloud and data architectures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing AI solutions for use cases such as fraud detection, risk modeling, decision automation, or intelligent agents
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning frameworks, large language models, NLP, vector databases, and model serving platforms
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native deployment patterns including containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of microservices, API management, streaming platforms like Kafka, and agentic system design
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or banking environments is a strong advantage
