Responsibilities
- Build custom web tools powered by artificial intelligence to improve internal operations, decision processes, and client service delivery.
- Replace spreadsheet-dependent workflows with automated systems to reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
- Connect internal platforms with external data sources by integrating APIs and developing robust, scalable backend services.
- Explore and deploy AI-based automation technologies, including machine learning models and large language models, to maintain technological leadership.
- Partner with departments such as marketing, creative, and operations to define requirements and ensure tools align with business goals and user needs.
