Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and performance of AI-powered voice calling agents
- Collaborate on automation processes developed using n8n workflows
- Set up and enhance AI voice platforms utilizing ElevenLabs technology
- Design, modify, and refine conversational paths for voice-based agents
- Diagnose and resolve problems affecting call quality, responses, or system integrations
- Write and improve call scripts to increase interaction effectiveness
- Analyze call metrics and recommend performance enhancements
- Perform routine system maintenance and configuration updates as required
