Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to pinpoint areas where artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer results
• Evaluate existing business processes and operational structures to uncover high-value AI opportunities
• Create strategic AI implementation plans tied to business goals and quantifiable performance metrics
• Facilitate client workshops centered on AI strategy, prioritization, and integration
• Oversee full-cycle delivery of AI-driven transformation projects, working alongside technical leads to turn strategy into action
• Coordinate multiple project streams while managing scope, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Set up governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to track business impact and adoption rates
• Develop strong relationships with business and technology executives
• Promote organizational adoption through targeted communication, training, and change initiatives
• Deliver progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Guide junior team members and support practice growth within the Emerging Technology & Innovation group
• Stay current with Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and automation tools to provide informed guidance without hands-on development
• Evaluate third-party vendors and platforms to recommend viable enterprise solutions
• Assist clients in scaling from pilot programs to production by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and change preparedness, in collaboration with technical teams
• Examine current workflows to find automation potential and operational enhancements
• Lead redesign efforts for business processes using AI and digital tools
• Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to ensure lasting transformation outcomes
