Guidehouse is seeking an AI Technology & Studio UX/UI Designer to lead and contribute to the design of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Design and prototype user interfaces for AI and data applications with low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across teams and platforms
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Invision, or Adobe XD
- Experience with responsive and accessible design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of front-end development technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for AI or data-driven applications
- Background in human-computer interaction or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Familiarity with consulting environments
