Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designing and advancing an AI model that supports core product objectives within the initial three months.
- Evaluate AI-powered features using real-world testing and input from end users in operational settings.
- Build and manage scalable MLOps workflows and real-time inference systems to support training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure high model availability and consistent performance through comprehensive monitoring solutions.
- Source and integrate diverse data types, including structured, unstructured, streaming, and batch data.
- Leverage internal logs, APIs, user behavior data, and external datasets to enhance model accuracy and training.
- Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Create and distribute documentation on effective AI and machine learning development practices.
- Support recruitment efforts and guide new team members as the AI/ML team expands.
- Educate colleagues on emerging AI methodologies and their practical applications.
