As an AI Scientist, you will drive innovation in educational technology by designing and deploying machine learning systems that enhance language learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead research and development initiatives to build adaptive, machine learning-powered educational features
- Design and maintain statistical and deep learning models, working closely with engineering teams to integrate solutions
- Develop performance monitoring frameworks to evaluate and refine live systems
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to intellectual property through patent filings
- Present findings internally and at external forums including conferences and research meetups
- Mentor junior data scientists and interns, providing technical guidance and career development support

- Stay current with advancements in NLP, speech processing, psychometrics, and generative AI
What You Bring
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning models
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning theory, and software engineering best practices
- Proficiency with SQL, version control via Git, and development in Linux or macOS environments
- Ability to translate real-world learning challenges into research problems
- Experience mentoring technical team members and leading small groups
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
