We are looking for an AI Scientist to play a central role in advancing generative AI for biological applications, specifically in the design and development of protein and antibody therapeutics. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of AI-driven research initiatives that push the limits of current models in biology.
- Partner with scientists and clinicians to integrate AI into real-world drug discovery workflows.
- Contribute to a collaborative research environment by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and mentoring peers.
- Develop and refine deep learning architectures tailored to biological data and therapeutic design.
Qualifications
Applicants must have completed or be within one year of completing a PhD in a field related to artificial intelligence or machine learning. We value evidence of technical depth and scientific curiosity.
- Publications in machine learning or computational biology venues are strongly preferred.
- Active open-source contributions or public code repositories demonstrate engagement with the broader AI community.
- Hands-on experience training neural networks across multiple GPUs is essential.
- Industry experience in an AI-focused organization, such as an internship or full-time role, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
