Responsibilities
- Guide the full design lifecycle, from identifying challenges to delivering final products
- Perform initial research, map user experiences, and extract insights to shape project direction and improve decision-making
- Transform complex technical specifications into clear, user-focused narratives
- Develop original and effective design solutions
- Create intuitive user experiences and visually compelling interfaces
- Run usability tests to gather user feedback and refine design outcomes
- Work closely with product managers to shape a product strategy centered on user needs
- Promote the use of strong design standards throughout the company
- Maintain high design standards across all team deliverables
- Support and advise fellow designers within your project area
- Spot emerging opportunities and drive independent projects to enhance the platform and organization
