Responsibilities
- Design and maintain components for SBOM creation and software composition analysis scanning systems
- Apply AI-powered coding assistants like Claude, Copilot, or Cursor daily to accelerate development, testing, and code review processes through effective prompting and validation
- Monitor advancements in AI-driven software development tools and support integration of those that enhance engineering efficiency
- Develop and refine scalable data pipelines for processing package metadata, security vulnerabilities, and licensing information
- Produce clear, test-covered code and engage in peer code reviews with experienced engineers
- Analyze and resolve issues affecting detection precision to enhance overall scanning reliability
- Work closely with quality assurance, product management, and engineering teams across the SCA platform
