Provectus is seeking an AI/ML TechLead to drive strategic projects with a primary focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and AWS cloud services. You will be responsible for leading technical direction and execution for AI/ML initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning systems on the AWS platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for AI/ML project teams
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from research and prototyping to production delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading the development of production AI/ML systems
- Deep hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization
- Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services relevant to AI/ML workloads (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, S3)
- Ability to design and advocate for technical architecture and best practices
