Responsibilities
- EMEA Outbound Orchestration: Build signal-based workflows to source and enrich the EMEA TAM; implement automated lead scoring and personalized outreach systems.
- Rapid Prototyping: Own the full lifecycle (Problem → PoC → MVP → Product) of internal AI tools and dashboards, often within a single week.
- Workflow Automation: Deploy complex orchestrations using Python, N8N, or Zapier, integrating data from platforms like Clay, Gong, and ChurnZero.
- GTM Optimization: Partner with Sales & Ops teams to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and deploy AI solutions to improve speed-to-insight.
- Performance Engineering: Define and track measurable metrics to evaluate the cost, performance, and tangible business value of all AI automations.
- Enablement & Education: Train marketing and sales teammates on emerging AI tools, creating documentation that simplifies adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Technical Execution: Elite prompt engineering skills and intermediate Python proficiency (able to solve simple problems solo and complex ones via AI).
- MarTech Fluency: Hands-on experience with automation platforms (AirOps, RelevanceAI, N8N, Zapier) and CRM/Sales tools (Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gong).
- Strategic Mindset: A deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, lead scoring, and how to operationalize LLMs for research and campaign automation.
- Autonomy & Speed: A track record of leading enterprise-level projects solo in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: The ability to synthesize complex data sets into expert summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders at all seniority levels.
