What You’ll Do
- Create thumbnails that are both visually striking and optimized for maximum viewer response
- Generate or source AI-based imagery tailored to specific video themes and narratives
- Refine and composite AI outputs in Photoshop, adding text, effects, and layout elements for a polished final product
- Ensure visual consistency across multiple channels while adapting to diverse content styles
- Propose original visual concepts and experiment with new design approaches to improve performance
- Deliver completed thumbnails typically within 24 hours of assignment
