About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize full stack features that integrate AI capabilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define user-facing functionality
- Build scalable backend systems supporting growth and revenue initiatives
- Improve conversion rates through data-informed engineering decisions
- Implement and refine machine learning integrations in production environments
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing services
- Ensure high availability and reliability of customer-facing features
- Work with analytics tools to measure feature impact
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and business metrics
- Maintain security and data privacy standards across applications
- Document technical designs and share knowledge across teams
- Support AI model deployment and monitoring pipelines
- Optimize frontend experiences for engagement and usability
- Collaborate on A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure
- Refactor legacy systems to improve scalability and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-platform issues
- Integrate third-party services and APIs securely
- Support incident response and on-call rotations
- Drive improvements in developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to technical roadmaps for growth-related products
- Stay current with advancements in AI and full stack development
- Promote engineering excellence within the team
