Paired is looking for an AI Engineer to build practical workflows and automations that improve operations for a USA DCT client. What You'll Do
- Build and deploy AI agents using OpenClaw or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automations to support business operations.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, software tools, and internal systems.
- Test, iterate, and optimize agent performance and reliability.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
- Document workflows and implementations to support team usage and scaling.
What We're Looking For
- You must be based in LATAM.
- Proven experience building AI agents or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and agent-based workflows.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation tools.
- Ability to design, test, and iterate AI-driven solutions independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement practical solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with evolving AI technologies.
