Responsibilities

- Lead full project lifecycles, from identifying challenges to deploying solutions and refining them post-launch.

- Integrate artificial intelligence into current team processes, tools, and product offerings seamlessly.
- Incorporate AI functionalities into customer-facing applications, internal platforms, and operational procedures.
- Create full-stack components including backend services, APIs, data infrastructure, and user interfaces.
- Turn business and operational needs into scalable, AI-integrated technical solutions with mentorship from experienced team members.
- Use systems thinking to ensure platforms are reliable, high-performing, and secure.
- Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Support production systems and participate in incident response to learn and apply operational best practices.
- Take part in code reviews and knowledge exchange to strengthen individual and team capabilities.
