Patrianna LTD is hiring an AI Engineer - Emerging Talent to contribute to building and deploying generative AI solutions that turn data into meaningful action. You will collaborate with experienced engineers on hands-on projects to create intelligent systems with tangible impact.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design, training, and evaluation of large language models and generative AI tools for content creation, automation, and synthetic data generation.
- Build scripts and tools to automate data workflows—from collecting and refining data to preparing it for analysis.
- Apply and refine prompt engineering techniques to achieve optimal generative model performance.
- Assist in creating and testing APIs that connect AI capabilities with real-world applications.
- Support responsible AI practices, ensuring models are transparent, fair, and compliant with data governance standards.
- Produce clear, reliable documentation to strengthen team knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent skills from projects and self-study.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as Lanchain, Hugging Face, or Vertex AI.
- A strong interest in AI with the motivation to expand your skills quickly.
- Working knowledge of Git and standard development workflows.
- Curiosity about APIs and how systems interact.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud environments.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.
- Awareness of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Internship or project experience in AI/ML.
