As an AI Enablement Architect, you will shape the future of AI integration across creative, operational, and technical domains. Your primary focus will be designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions that transform how content is created, how data is leveraged, and how business processes are optimized—ensuring fan-centric innovation remains central to every initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-native architectures and multi-agent systems that streamline ideation, content generation, localization, and optimization across creative and marketing teams.
- Develop scalable pipelines and intelligent tools powered by generative AI, enabling teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content efficiently.
- Build and manage data infrastructure including vector stores, knowledge graphs, and data lakes to support intelligent search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and decision-making systems.
- Lead the transition of AI prototypes into reliable, observable, and performant production systems, integrating with existing platforms and defining operational benchmarks.
- Establish governance frameworks that ensure AI deployments meet standards for security, privacy, fairness, and intellectual property protection, with clear evaluation metrics and incident protocols.
- Create standardized design patterns, reusable SDKs, and integration templates to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of agent-based workflows and AI models.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and creative teams to identify impactful use cases, define requirements, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Run iterative experimentation cycles—proving concepts, piloting applications, and refining models based on performance data and stakeholder input.
- Champion AI literacy across the organization by leading workshops, sharing best practices, and mentoring teams on leveraging AI as a productivity multiplier.
Qualifications
You bring deep technical expertise in AI system design, cloud architecture, and software engineering, with a proven ability to deliver production-grade solutions. You have extensive experience in Python development, prompt and context engineering, and deploying AI agents, RAG systems, and vector databases. Your background includes implementing secure, scalable microservices and CI/CD pipelines, along with a strong grasp of responsible AI principles.
You excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are passionate about empowering teams through innovation. A player-first mindset and commitment to continuous learning are essential, as is experience guiding cross-functional teams in global settings.
