Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy backend functionality using Java and Spring, while gradually expanding skills to include full-stack development across modern frontend frameworks like TypeScript and React 19, as well as legacy systems
- Integrate AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, an internal AI platform, and MCP into daily workflows to streamline coding tasks and improve efficiency
- Create automated test suites, participate in peer code reviews, and assist in technical planning and task estimation processes
- Understand and work within an established, evolving codebase by identifying reusable components, evaluating when to refactor, and actively managing technical debt
- Progressively assume greater responsibility for end-to-end feature ownership as trust and experience grow, following a defined growth path
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to learn system-level decision-making and develop strong engineering judgment
