Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, email, social media, SEO, influencer channels, and eCommerce/Amazon platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand and business objectives
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows using tools such as N8N, Apify, and Claude to automate reporting, content generation, and operational tasks
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation across marketing, customer service, operations, and product workflows
- Support internal teams in adopting AI tools and integrating automated systems into daily processes
Requirements
- Experience working across digital marketing campaigns (paid media, email, social, SEO, influencer, and/or eCommerce marketing)
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for results
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI workflow tools such as N8N, Apify, and Claude
- Ability to design and implement automation workflows for business or marketing processes
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to train and support teams in adopting AI-driven tools and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools beyond N8N (e.g. Zapier, Make)
- Basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, email marketing tools)
- Exposure to prompt engineering or working with large language models (LLMs)
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation in marketing campaigns
- Basic data visualization or reporting experience (e.g. dashboards, Looker Studio)
