Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend infrastructure supporting AI-driven insurance processes in live environments.
- Create and manage orchestration layers that integrate machine learning models, APIs, workflows, and application logic.
- Construct inference pipelines for systems using large language models and AI-based automation.
- Improve efficiency in AI services by optimizing response time, processing volume, and operational costs through techniques like caching, batching, streaming, and intelligent routing.
- Define clear and resilient interfaces between backend services, machine learning components, and product-facing APIs.
- Set up comprehensive monitoring systems including logs, metrics, distributed tracing, alerts, and incident management procedures.
- Investigate and resolve live system issues across complex, distributed AI architectures.
- Work closely with frontend, product management, operations, and machine learning teams to deliver fully integrated features.
- Drive ongoing enhancements in system reliability, scalability, and performance.
