Responsibilities
- Design and sustain automated workflows using artificial intelligence platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Work with diverse teams to assess business operations and pinpoint areas suitable for automation.
- Support deployment of AI-powered systems to enhance data handling and operational performance.
- Track and refine current automation solutions to maintain effectiveness and reliability.
- Create clear documentation, including standard operating procedures and instructional resources.
- Deliver training and ongoing support for users of AI and automation tools.
- Keep current with advancements and recommended practices in AI and automation technologies.
