Remote Recruitment is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to drive transformation across our recruitment operations. In this role, you will design and implement AI and automation strategies to streamline hiring workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and improve team efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Identify, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Automate repetitive processes such as outreach, screening, follow-ups, and data entry.
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to understand challenges and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Manage integrations between ATS, CRM, and third-party platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
- Track and report on automation performance, including time savings and ROI.
- Ensure all solutions are implemented with data privacy and ethical standards in mind.
- Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and usage.
- Stay up to date with innovations in AI, machine learning, and recruitment tech.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment automation, talent operations, or tech implementation role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, workflows, and automation best practices.
- Practical experience using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, ChatGPT, or RPA solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM and ATS systems and how to integrate them.
- Technically capable – familiar with APIs, data flows, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Analytical thinker with experience reporting on performance metrics and automation outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical team members.
- Access to a reliable laptop, fast internet, and a quiet, professional home workspace.
