Responsibilities
- Gain rapid understanding of business functions across various departments
- Detect operational inefficiencies, manual workflows, and key opportunities for AI integration
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions in sales, customer support, operations, and reporting
- Enhance internal workflows including lead outreach, follow-up sequences, support ticket distribution, and reporting
- Develop automated processes across CRM, ERP, and customer support systems
- Build reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools to inform decision-making
- Promote team-wide adoption of AI technologies and ensure practical, day-to-day use
- Work with stakeholders to refine solutions based on real-world feedback
- Lead initiatives from initial problem discovery through to deployment and delivery
