As the AI Adoption Manager for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts, you'll guide law firms through the critical first 30 days after implementation, ensuring they unlock immediate value from an AI-powered claims platform. Your role is central to transforming how legal teams operate—by aligning technology adoption with real-world workflows and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sale transition, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to long-term success with a focus on early impact and sustained momentum.
- Advise firm leadership on reengineering internal processes to fully leverage AI-driven insights and proactive case prioritization.
- Track daily engagement metrics to spot trends, identify underutilization, and proactively support users through targeted coaching or training.
- Preserve the high-touch experience established during sales by maintaining consistent communication and personalized support.
- Spot and develop internal advocates within client organizations, equipping them with tools and strategies to drive adoption across teams.
- Represent client needs internally, delivering actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to refine onboarding and usability.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, TPMs, Account Executives, and Customer Success to ensure client requirements are met swiftly and effectively.
- Help scale the activation function by improving playbooks, sharing proven strategies, and mentoring team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of five years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Sales within fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to shift seamlessly between executive-level strategy discussions and hands-on technical guidance.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and prioritize actions that drive adoption and retention.
- Proactive project management—anticipating obstacles and resolving them before they impact the client.
Preferred:
- Background in enterprise change management or legal technology.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including onsite visits to support key clients during critical phases.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with team hubs in San Francisco and Toronto, and primary focus on the Southeast region. The position requires flexibility for travel to client sites and internal gatherings.
