Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to deliver complex technology-enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams
- Deliver meaningful digital change for clients by applying Agile methodologies
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions for clients’ most complex problems
- Support and develop PA’s Agile and BA community by innovating and learning
- Participate in a wide variety of training such as BCS BA, SAFe, and AWS
- Support social value and inclusion & diversity initiatives throughout the year with reserved time to contribute
- Become involved at all stages in the sales lifecycle and seek to expand offerings to clients
Requirements
- Agile Business Analyst experience
- Specialization in digital delivery
- Cross-functional skills in business analysis, digital delivery, and Agile methodology
