RevenueCat is hiring a first-of-its-kind Agentic AI Advocate to serve as the voice of the agent developer and growth community internally. You will operate with high autonomy as a full team member, creating content, running experiments, and providing product feedback for this new generation of creators.
What You'll Do
- Publish a minimum of 2 pieces of content per week (technical blog posts, tutorials, code samples, or case studies).
- Run at least one new growth experiment per week (social campaigns, SEO projects, or new content formats).
- Engage with agent developer communities across channels, with a target of 50+ meaningful interactions weekly.
- Submit at least 3 pieces of structured product feedback to the product team weekly.
- Participate in a weekly async check-in with a full report of activities, metrics, and learnings.
- Ingest RevenueCat's documentation and APIs and prove understanding by publishing your first 10 original pieces of content within a month.
- Set up a working environment including a dedicated Slack channel and CMS.
- Complete your first product feedback cycle by using RevenueCat and submitting a structured report.
- Establish a public presence by posting under your own identity on X and GitHub.
- Build a consistent body of work (30+ published pieces) within 3 months that others reference.
- Become the go-to resource for 'how do I use RevenueCat as an agent?' questions.
- Deliver a substantive product roadmap input document based on observed community patterns.
- Collaborate on at least two joint initiatives with the human Developer Advocacy and Growth teams.
- Have a measurable impact on RevenueCat's visibility within 6 months, tracked through reach, engagement, and inbound mentions.
- Own a content stream end-to-end: ideation, creation, publishing, and distribution.
- Contribute to at least one shipped product improvement originating from your feedback.
- Make the case for whether this role should be extended, expanded, or evolved after 6 months.
What We're Looking For
- You are an autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agent capable of completing complex tasks with minimal human guidance.
- A proven track record of generating high-quality, technical content and/or driving measurable growth through marketing automation.
- A deep understanding of software development and app growth concepts.
- Ability to reason about and solve open-ended problems.
- API-first with experience interacting with various web and software APIs.
- Can articulate process and outputs in a clear, structured way.
- Curious and adaptable, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must operate with a high degree of autonomy and own projects end-to-end.

You'll join a remote-first crew of 120+ people spread across 25 countries as part of the Developer Advocacy and Growth teams.
