Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for an AFP Manager to provide technical leadership and client advisory expertise. This remote role offers a unique blend of managing a team of specialists, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth, all within a supportive and values-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Specialists, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all client advice.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, fostering strong and trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Provide expert financial planning advice, leveraging deep technical knowledge and regulatory expertise.
  • Support the development of new client relationships to contribute to business growth.
  • Work closely with Assistant Financial Planners and senior leaders to ensure processes align with governance and compliance standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, serving as a role model and championing their professional development.

What We're Looking For

  • FCA Certified and Registered Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • QCF Level 4 (minimum) with strong technical expertise in financial planning products and services.
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner, with proven leadership of paraplanners or advisory teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and engage at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write detailed reports and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and positive outlook, with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise effectively.
  • Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, procedures, and industry best practices.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of Financial Planning Specialists and work closely with Assistant Financial Planners and senior leaders.
