Responsibilities
- Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in executing the overall affiliate strategy and calendar
- Manage day-to-day affiliate operations
- Process applications and assist with onboarding new partners
- Set up tracking links, discount codes, and offers
- Maintain and update affiliate lists, CRM, and tracking documents
- Coordinate distribution of creative assets, product info, and campaign briefs to affiliates
- Track and compile weekly and monthly performance reports (by partner, campaign, market)
- Assist with outreach and communication to affiliates (email, DMs, platform messages)
- Help organize and execute affiliate-specific campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Monitor affiliate content for brand alignment and flag top-performing partners/opportunities
- Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Lifecycle teams to ensure consistent messaging and assets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer/affiliate marketing, or similar coordination role
- Experience in DTC ecommerce or consumer brands is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic analytics (Google Sheets/Excel, basic reporting)
- Clear written and verbal communicator; comfortable interacting with external partners
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn; thrives in a fast-growing, changing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms/tools
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, etc.)
