About the Role

EWOR GmbH is looking for a Co-Founder / CEO to own, build, and run a new venture in the aerospace field with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues and building a €1B+ company. You will join a program where EWOR backs top tech founders globally with funding and bespoke mentorship by unicorn founders.

What You'll Do

  • Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as Aerospace.
  • Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
  • Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
  • Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine.
  • Scale your startup to €100M+ in revenues.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
  • Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language.
