ServiceNow was looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant - Partners

As a Partner Technical Advisor, you will act as the primary strategic liaison for Global and Strategic Regional partners, fostering trusted relationships with executive and technical leaders. Your role is to align partner capabilities with market opportunities, driving growth through solution innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner executives and practice leads to guide long-term collaboration
  • Lead joint business planning sessions to align partner investments, industry focus, and go-to-market strategies
  • Advise on practice development, specialization, and readiness for AI-powered offerings
  • Shape solution strategies that connect platform capabilities to high-impact business workflows and customer outcomes
  • Lead technical discovery, executive briefings, and demonstrations to accelerate deal progression
  • Translate enterprise platform and AI features into differentiated, scalable partner solutions
  • Design and support proofs of concept and co-demos that validate technical feasibility and business value
  • Provide technical guidance on critical partner-led opportunities, ensuring access to specialized expertise
  • Champion AI-first design principles, including intelligent automation and agent-based workflows
  • Coordinate with internal solution architects and domain specialists to ensure cohesive partner support
  • Guide offerings from concept through validation to commercial scale
  • Support executive conversations with outcome-focused narratives tied to efficiency, ROI, and time-to-value

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise advisory roles with a track record of leading technical engagements
  • Proven experience working directly with system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology partners
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence at VP+ levels
  • Ability to connect business objectives, industry context, and technology into actionable growth plans
  • Experience scaling partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and conceptual architecture
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven use cases, automation patterns, and data-informed workflows
  • Deep understanding of at least one industry sector such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
  • Experience integrating AI into business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Preferred Background

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents
  • Management consulting, strategic advisory, or partner development experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, or architectural credentials)
  • Experience across multiple partner models including consulting, MSP, reseller, and hyperscaler routes
  • Understanding of competitive platforms and ability to articulate differentiation

Technical Environment

Enterprise platforms, workflow-based solutions, AI-enabled applications, automation frameworks, data-driven workflows, and AI capabilities including intelligent agents and assistive technologies.

Work Model

This is a hybrid role with locations in San Diego, California and other global sites. Work personas are assigned based on role requirements, balancing flexibility and collaboration. Remote and flexible arrangements are supported where appropriate.
