About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and audience segmentation
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights and platform trends
- Stay current with algorithm updates and new features on Meta and TikTok
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with analytics teams to track conversion funnels
- Ensure brand consistency across all ad materials and placements
- Coordinate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
- Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies and outcomes
- Use pixel tracking and conversion APIs to verify data accuracy
- Support scaling of successful campaigns across new markets or segments
- Provide recommendations based on competitor benchmarking
- Assist in developing media plans for new product launches
- Respond to platform policy changes affecting ad delivery
- Leverage audience insights to refine targeting parameters
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders into campaign adjustments
