- Serve as the main technical liaison during change control board discussions and for resolving escalated field issues.
- Identify, replicate, analyze, and resolve intricate software defects, including coding fixes and validation through quality assurance processes.
- Design and execute architectural enhancements to advance platform capabilities and performance.
- Work closely with quality assurance, clients, integration partners, and internal teams to ensure technical alignment and project success.
- Deliver concise progress reports and realistic timelines to management within a multi-location Agile development structure.
